Moray WestCampaign successfully completed

A busy year of surveys onshore and at sea has drawn to a successful conclusion for the Moray West project. 

Geotechnical (intrusive) and geophysical (non-intrusive) surveys were completed across the full wind farm site, the marine part of the export corridor, the onshore part of the export corridor and the substation location.  Data processing is ongoing and will be used by the engineering teams to design the optimal layout, cable route and landfall locations. The multi £M surveys are a key milestone in maturing the project and will allow the detail to be prepared to allow discharge of the various planning conditions.
